Return Policy

To initiate a return, you can contact us at Support@C2.Clothing. 

- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send it back. 

Items purchased for 29% off and greater on MSRP are considered "Final Sale" and can't be returned or exchanged. Items purchased at MSRP and below 29% off can be returned in full. Please note: Return shipping will be deducted from your refund, regardless of its discount, and Free shipping "to" threshold of $150.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as face masks and cosmetics). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
